In Calmness Lies Power
Did you know that the breath and the mind form a symbiosis? When we’re excited and one thought chases the next, our breath also becomes shallow and fast… luckily, it works the other way around too! When we manage to calm our breath in stressful moments, making it longer and deeper, the inner whirlwind can settle again. This way, we enter a meditative state and can look at things with a bit of distance.
Sounds wonderful, right? And somehow simple… but unfortunately, it’s not always that easy. Breath and mind are not naturally very willing to obey. Under pressure, they respond quite badly. Sometimes we need to trick them with some stretching, movement, or other activities that bring us back into the body. Or with a mantra.
A mantra has a magical effect on both breath and mind, it lifts them out of constant circling, soothes them, and returns them to their natural state.
Strength Lies in Stillness.
Here you’ll find a meditation that guides you into a meditative state in two steps: first through chanting, then through the breath. Give it a try and let me know how it feels for you!

Meditation to create your Destiny & Harmonize the 4th Body
With this meditation you work on a neutral mind. It promotes focus and clarity and can support you in finding your alignment.
(In the video the meditation begins at minute 5:42)
Part 1:
• Sit in Easy Pose (Sukhasan) with the arms raised and bent at 90° at the elbows.
The forearms are perpendicular to the floor, the fingers point upward.
The hands are in Gyan Mudra (thumb and index finger together), with the palms facing forward.
• Close your eyes, roll them up to the point between the eyebrows and monotonously chant the mantra: “Wahe, Wahe, Wahe, Wahe, Guru, Guru, Guru, Guru.”
• Continue meditating with the focus on the heart for 11 to 31 minutes.
Part 2:
• Keep the same posture.
• Inhale in 4 strokes, silently repeating the mantra: “Wahe, Wahe, Wahe, Wahe.”
• Exhale in 4 strokes, silently repeating the mantra: “Guru, Guru, Guru, Guru.”
Continue for 11 to 31 minutes.
This meditation brings neutrality and lightness and makes big problems appear small ;-)
