GTCs for Registrations (Workshops, Immersions, Journeys and Trainings) and Purchases in the Online Shop

Scope
Our General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to all services offered. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision. By placing an order, the customer declares their agreement with our terms and conditions. Deviating conditions require our written approval.

Cancellation Policy for Registrations (Workshops, Immersions, Journeys, Trainings)
Please note that registrations for workshops, immersions, journeys, and trainings are binding, and course fees are owed even in the case of unexcused absence. A refund of course fees is only possible in the event of illness or accident, upon presentation of a medical certificate, up to 5 days before the workshop or intensive training. For trainings and journeys, the reservation deposit is non-refundable, even in the case of illness or accident.

Delivery and Delivery Time
The customer places an order by submitting it through our online shop. JIO Kundalini Yoga accepts the order upon dispatch of the goods. You will automatically receive an order confirmation after submitting the order online. Deliveries are made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Depending on the time of receipt, orders are prepared for dispatch within one week. Delivery is made by post. Customers can generally assume that goods will arrive within 14 days. Should an item no longer be available, we reserve the right not to deliver due to unavailability. In this case, we will inform you immediately.

Delivery Abroad
Delivery abroad is not possible.

Prices
All prices are final prices (gross prices) in Swiss francs. Price changes and errors are reserved. The prices valid at the time of the order apply.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order.

Payment Terms
We offer the following payment methods:

– PayPal (pay with a credit card or your PayPal account)
– Twint
– Advance payment to the bank account below:

For advance payment, a payment period of 10 days applies. Delivery will take place after payment has been received in our bank account.

Exchange / Right of Return
There is no right of return for any purchases made through our online shop.

Reservation of Availability
If, after receiving your order, we find that the ordered product is no longer available, we are entitled to offer you goods of equal value in price and quality or to withdraw from the contract. Payments already received will be refunded if applicable.

Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Sahaj GmbH until full payment has been received.

Data Protection
All data required for business transactions will be stored in compliance with data protection regulations. We treat your data confidentially and commit ourselves not to pass on your data to unauthorized third parties and to protect it from unauthorized access.
