What is Kundalini Yoga and what happens in a class?
The techniques of Kundalini Yoga are simple, powerful, and accessible to everyone, whether you’re just starting out or already have experience. The yoga classes in Zurich combine Hatha yoga asanas with dynamic movements, conscious breathing, mantras, mudras, deep relaxation (sometimes accompanied by the sound of the gong), and meditation.
This powerful combination makes Kundalini Yoga an effective energy management system. It strengthens your body’s systems and supports you in releasing energetic blockages, bringing more strength, clarity, and inner joy.
In class, you will practice various meditations and kriyas, sequences of exercises designed for specific effects. Through practice comes experience, and I am convinced that after just a few sessions, you will begin to feel the positive changes in body and mind.
Immerse yourself in the Kundalini Yoga classes in Zurich and discover how this practice can naturally enrich your quality of life.

Kundalini Yoga, on the other hand, is more dynamic and combines movement with conscious breathing rhythms. The focus is less on the perfect execution of the asanas and more on the inner experience and the flow of energy within the body.
Meditation is an essential part of every Kundalini Yoga class.

Even practicing once or twice a week can bring noticeable changes. What matters most is not the frequency but your presence while practicing. -
No, Kundalini Yoga is not religious, but it is a spiritual practice.
Yoga is a path of self-discovery and inner growth that is open to everyone, regardless of faith or worldview. In every Kundalini Yoga class, we breathe consciously, move, meditate, and chant.
These elements help us shift from thinking to feeling, moving away from mental noise and toward inner peace and connection with our higher self. This is spirituality in its purest form – free, personal, and experiential.
