Our 14 day Ayurveda detox program invites you to consciously settle into a new rhythm within a supportive group setting. Through a combination of dynamic Kundalini Yoga, a hands on Ayurveda cooking workshop, and practical detox guidance, we will accompany you throughout this nourishing and cleansing journey.
What does this program include?
Kundalini Yoga with Judith: Support your detox process on both a physical and mental level. This powerful practice stimulates energy flow, strengthens the organs of elimination, and helps you return to balance.
Ayurveda cooking workshop with Daniela: Learn simple, delicious detox recipes along with time tested Ayurveda rituals that you can easily integrate into your everyday life.
Group gatherings: We meet regularly to connect, share progress, and stay committed through mutual support and motivation.
Professional guidance throughout the program: Including recipes, a yoga video program, clear instructions, and practical tips for all three phases of the detox.
Spring Detox in Ayurveda: Why Cleansing During Seasonal Transitions Is Especially Effective
In Ayurveda, the transitions between seasons are considered key phases for our health. During these times, the body adapts to new climatic conditions which is a natural process, yet one that can also be demanding. A targeted detox supports this transition by helping to eliminate accumulated toxins (Ama), strengthen the digestive fire (Agni), and stabilize the immune system.
Especially in spring and autumn, a cleansing program is ideal for bringing body and mind back into balance, releasing energy blockages, and cultivating a sense of lightness, clarity, and renewed vitality.

20:00 – 21:00 Introduction to the Detox Program with DanielaThis evening begins with a cleansing yoga and meditation session led by Judith to prepare both body and mind for the detox journey ahead. Afterwards, Daniela will introduce the detox program and explain how you can best support your body throughout the process.

Through the gradual reduction of stimulants and indulgent foods, your body can gently adapt to the changes. Your digestive system is relieved, and your natural sense of hunger begins to reset.
🎥 Yoga & Meditation Videos
During these days, you’ll have access to specially designed yoga and meditation videos to support you through this phase. You can alternate between them to gently prepare both body and mind for the detox process. -
18:30 – 21:30 | Experiencing Ayurveda Detox Cooking
Together, we’ll prepare classic detox recipes that gently support the body’s natural cleansing processes. You’ll be introduced to the Kitchari mono diet and learn which ayurvedic ingredients and spices best support detoxification.
