Naad Yoga is the ancient yoga of sound and vibration: a practice that uses conscious breathing, chanting, and inner listening to help calm the mind, deepen presence, and awaken your personal resonance. In this 50-hour immersive training, you’ll explore how sound works not just as a practice but as a tool for inner clarity, balance, and transformation.
