Prenatal Yoga inspires the mother to be, to prepare for the birth and gives her confidence in order to deal with all chances in a self-confident way. Prenatal Yoga strengthens the fast changing pregnant body and prepares it for the birth. A lot of techniques will be learned that will help to relax and communicate with the baby in a meditative way, according to the motto: A relaxed mother = a relaxed baby. A Prenatal Yoga class consists of body training with Pilates, Kundalini- and Hatha-Yoga elements, as well as meditation and breathing exercises.
The classes are suitable from the very first day of pregnancy until birth. No yoga experience is needed and all exercises can be adapted to the individual needs of the participants. The course can be started at any time.
