We love the unorthodox Kundalini Yoga as Hargobind Singh teaches it. He learned this ancious form of Yoga over 40 years ago, from his teacher Yogi Bhajan, who brought Kundalini Yoga from India to the west in 1969.

 

 

 

Kundalini Yoga holds a diverse treasure of exercises that can bring a lot of positive changes to body and spirit after just a few sessions. Kundalini Yoga is an energy management system that strengthens the body’s own systems when practiced regularly. It works on the physical level of a human being as well as on the level of consciousness.

The Yoga techniques from Kundalini Yoga are easy and powerful and can be easily learned and practiced by everybody. Hatha Yoga Asanas in combination with dynamic movements, the usage of different breathing techniques, mantras, mudras, deep relaxation and meditation are topic of every class. The body gains flexibility and well-being, the spirit gains clarity and focus.

No yoga experience is needed and you can start a class anytime. All exercises can be adapted to the individual needs of the participants.
